We stayed here for two nights on our way from Europe to Mexico. Its a really nice hotel, bright, modern design, pleasant rooms, clean and very well located. Loved the glass bottle in the room that you can fill with filtered water, instead of all the plastic bottles you would normally get. The roof top bar is a nice extra bonus. The only think I'd say could drastically improve is the (non existent) service at breakfast.

Staff at the front desk left a lot to be desired. Weeks before our arrival we changed reservations to stay only 2 nights. Corporate, apparently, only removed one night from the reservation. We showed up and were told we were expected to arrive the day prior. Their policy is to simply cancel the whole reservation, without any attempt to contact the guests. They charged us full price for the room we never slept in PLUS a fee on top. This place is absurd. How can this happen in the "hospitality" industry? It is a money grab. I called up both corporate & the physical location afterwards and both stated there is nothing they can do...have to call take it up with the other party. Absolute thievery.

Stayed 4 nights in November, and it was a perfect home base for our trip. Clean, quiet, and modern rooms. Enjoyed the nespresso machine in the morning. The rooftop was great for drinks and small bites. We were able to sit out by the pool, which had amazing views of Camelback and city skyline. Parking was easy and the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The beds are very soft (not my preference) and the hot tub was tiled and colored a strange green. It was a conversation between guests when we sat out, so I would suggest changing the tile/lighting so that it’s not off putting to guests. Great location to walk to restaurants, shops, and bars!

Wish we could have stayed longer. Such a comfy bed, amazing rooftop and great service. It was also so clean. The 'transfer lounge' was so good as our flight wasn't until the evening, so we were able to use the pool and shower and store our luggage. So many nice restaurants and bars nearby too.

This hotel is fabulous, great rooms, decent rate excellent service and immaculate. We enjoyed the pool, the common areas the bars and they were able to accommodate our large family. We were very appreciative.
